		<description>Glad to hear you&#039;re 95% better now. I&#039;ve had a similar struggle and also just stuck with what you have in the end -- exercising more (I find weight training actually REALLY helps as it&#039;s much bigger muscle motion), taking regular breaks (I use Workrave which tracks when I&#039;m ACTUALLY working after getting annoyed at coming back from coffee and being ordered to a break by my laptop!) and going for deep tissue massage or chiropractor treatment every 6 weeks or so.

Anyway, just realised I may be coming across as an RSI zealot so will shut up and just say thank you for the backpack article, I&#039;m looking to replace my (awesome but heavy) Booq backpack and so will look at the one you recommend!</description>
