GAWD! Your happiness is CONTAGIOUS!!!! I'm sooooooo happy for you, too….even tho I'm not entirely sure what happened…I'm gonna go look at the CA Headlines right now and figure it out…..Surely it couldn't be that they've made marriage legal for same sex couples again…..that would be step #1 on the way to a better world….
Hope all your days are as happy as this one.

Heather,
I was happy when I heard the historic news, but you just really brought it home for me. I am so thrilled for you — and all my other same-sex-couple friends here in Cal! And for all us citizens of the world, really. It's a big step in the right direction.
Watching your video — and your utter joy & delight — gave me chills and made me teary.
Congratulations on this and your upcoming nuptials!
*hugs*

I was waiting with so much hope and anticipation for this decision. When I heard it on the radio this morning, I was also overjoyed. The basic, decent human sense that this makes is astounding both in its simplicity and its gavity. Magna est veritas, et praevalet. (Great is the truth, and it prevails.)
I was looking forward to reading your reaction today. Your video made me teary (like your Canadian wedding video – geez, I'm kind of a weepyhead about happy things)! Congratulations to you and Stacey, and all of us. Yay, California.
